What it is
At participating Lumino practices, Southern Cross members get 5% off all dental treatments, from check-ups to extensive cosmetic treatment. This discount excludes dental implants, orthodontic treatment and whitening services.
Plus, all new patients receive a half-price Exam & X-Rays Check-Up. This excludes orthodontic consultations.
Who can use it
If you are a Southern Cross member you can take advantage of our Southern Cross discounts at participating practices. Remember to bring your membership card, app or membership number to your appointment and let the practice know when you book that you are a Southern Cross member.
Depending on what policy you have and how much benefit you have left on your policy you may be required to pay a portion of the total charges at the time of payment or pay for the total bill.
Terms & Conditions
Southern Cross services are available at participating practices only. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Afterpay.
Appointments are subject to availability. Full payment is due at the time of appointment.
Patient must identify themselves as a Southern Cross member. The practice is not expected to ask the patient if they are a Southern Cross member. You must identify yourself as a Southern Cross member at the time of service to receive the discount. Discount will not be applied retrospectively, there are no exceptions to this condition.
Not all participating practices offer the half price Exam & X-Rays Check-Up, please enquire with your local Lumino practice before booking this in.
