Lumino New Lynn requires an experienced Dentist who can work full time from July/August. We provide a very high standard of general and adolescent dentistry.

Receptionist

Anthony Wong and Associates, part of the Lumino group, offers a wide and high quality range of dental treatments. We are seeking a warm and professional receptionist to join our small, friendly and supportive team.

In this role you will be accountable for managing the phones, allocating bookings and providing excellent front of house care for our customers. You will possess excellent communication skills, a great telephone manner and computer skills. With your warm friendly personality you work well in a team environment.

You will have previous reception experience - (dental experience is naturally an advantage). You’ll be able to demonstrate what it means to foster a good customer relationship and are comfortable with the pace of a busy dental reception environment. Dental Assistant

Burton and Brown, Wellington

Burton and Brown on Lambton Quay, part of the Lumino group offers a wide and high quality range of dental treatments. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Assistant to work along side Dr John Burton.

This is a role with huge variety working in fun and supportive environment. You will contribute towards all aspects of dental assisting from family dentistry to implant prosthetics and surgery. You’ll be involved in instrument sterilisation, infection control, recalls and most importantly, you’ll take a lead in customer relationship care.

You will have a keen interest to work in the dental industry, will bring a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude and you will be ready for a challenge. This is a busy practice therefore the position may require you to cover reception from time to time therefore previous receptionist experience would be an advantage.

This position may require you to cover reception and help out with administrative duties from time to time therefore previous administration experience and/or experience with EXACT software would be an advantage.

Marketing and Administration Assistant

Lumino Support Office, Auckland CBD

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in marketing, taking accountability for:
• Providing support to national, regional and practice-specific marketing initiatives and tracking the success of these campaigns
• Updating website content with your knowledge of CMS
• Acting as a liaison with advertising media such as Yellow Pages
• Co-ordinating and taking ownership of Lumino collateral
• Managing local functions and other events

Additionally, this role will provide some administrative support to our Operations Manager and General Manager (booking travel, developing presentations).

You will be someone who is very keen to take your next steps in marketing. You’ll enjoy the challenge of juggling a variety of tasks at one time and thrive in an environment of change (we’re growing fast so expect change and a fast pace!). You’ll have honed written communication skills having previously spent some time assisting with marketing and communication activities. Copywriting experience is essential.
