Follow these tips and your smile will thank you for it!

- Brush your teeth at least twice a day and ideally after every meal, using fluoride containing toothpaste
- Use a soft bristled toothbrush- it’s gentler on your gums
- Brush the inside and chewing surfaces of your teeth
- Brush your teeth for about two minutes every time you brush
- Brush your tongue
- Avoid vigorous or harsh scrubbing as it can irritate your gums
- Replace your toothbrush every three to four months or sooner if it becomes frayed.
- Floss at least once every day
- Use a mouthwash to help reduce plaque between your teeth
- Pay your dentist a visit once or twice a year.
- See your hygienist every six months
