Alan Clarke
Alan has held a number of positions and directorships for public and private companies in both New Zealand and overseas, and is managing director of the Abano healthcare group. Alan has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Before returning to New Zealand to join Abano in 2000, he worked in Australia putting together Australasia’s largest private medical group for SGS Geneva SA. He was then responsible for its sale to the ASX listed medical company, Sonic Healthcare Limited, one of the world’s largest diagnostic companies.
